Discount Rules Box is built on native WooCommerce hooks and works across the modern WordPress ecosystem.

Requirements

HPOS (Custom Order Tables)

Fully supported. Order meta written by the plugin (_drbu_tier_qty, _drbu_tier_index, _drbu_original_price, _drbu_pack_label, _drbu_order_upsell, _drbu_max_tier_qty) works with both legacy order tables and WooCommerce HPOS.

Block & Classic Themes

Works out of the box with classic themes (Astra, Flatsome, Divi, WoodMart, Uncode, Storefront…) and block themes (Twenty Twenty-Four, custom block themes). The "hide default product price" option handles both: a body class + CSS for block themes and remove_action() for classic themes.

Blocks Checkout & Cart

Discounts are applied at the WC_Cart level, which is compatible with classic and blocks checkout, blocks cart, and HPOS. Tiered quantities and pack labels appear correctly in both cart implementations.

Popular Theme Compatibility

Verified to work with: Astra, Flatsome, Divi, WoodMart, Uncode, Storefront, GeneratePress, OceanWP, and custom block themes. If your theme renders the product page with its own templates, use the [tiered_buy_box] shortcode for guaranteed placement.

Other Plugins

• Translation plugins — WPML, Polylang and Loco Translate work with the included .pot file and the built-in language presets.
• Checkout plugins — cart-level discounts don't interfere with checkout extensions.
• Caching plugins — all markup is server-rendered; no special cache configuration needed. Clear cache after changing settings.
