Who you're dealing with

discountrulesbox.com and the Discount Rules Box for WooCommerce plugin are owned and operated by Predrag Vujnović, Pirot, Serbia ("we", "us"). By using this website or the plugin, you agree to these terms.

The product

The Free version of Discount Rules Box is distributed through WordPress.org under the GPLv2 (or later) license, consistent with WordPress.org's plugin requirements. Pro access — the 3-tier buy box, the analytics dashboard, and appearance customization — is unlocked with a paid license key. Current plans and pricing are shown on the pricing section of the homepage; that page is the source of truth for current pricing, not this document.

Purchases are handled by Freemius

Freemius (freemius.com) is the merchant of record for all Pro purchases. Freemius processes your payment, issues your invoice/receipt, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and manages your license and subscription. Your purchase is also subject to Freemius' own terms. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Free trial and cancellation

Pro features can be tried free for 30 days with no upfront payment. You can cancel at any time, with one click, from your Freemius account — there is no long-term contract.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Pro version outside the license terms set by Freemius, or use the plugin in a way that violates WordPress.org's guidelines or applicable law.

No warranty

The plugin is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it working correctly with current versions of WordPress and WooCommerce, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will produce any particular sales result. Illustrative figures shown on the site (such as the ROI calculator) are estimates, not guarantees — actual results vary by store.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the plugin or this website, beyond the amount you paid for your license.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, where the business is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any statutory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
