Try before you pay

Pro features can be tried free for 30 days, with full access and no upfront payment. We'd rather you test the buy box on your own store before spending anything.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a Pro license and it isn't right for your store, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it — no questions asked.

How refunds are processed

Freemius (freemius.com) is the merchant of record for all Pro purchases and processes the actual payment and refund. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order/license details, or use the account management link in your Freemius purchase receipt email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or card provider.

Free version

The Free version of Discount Rules Box, distributed via WordPress.org, has no cost, so no refund applies to it.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Freemius account to stop future renewals. Cancelling stops future billing; it is separate from requesting a refund of a past charge under the guarantee above.
